WINEMAKER'S NOTES
Parsons’ Ridge is a 26-year-old vinyard block planted with self-rooted vines. Our ‘07 Parsons is a medium garnet color with brick hues at the rim characteristic of all of our Pinot from ‘07.
The prominent aroma is an interesting blend of ripe red cherry, caramel, mocha and sage with hints of freshly turned soil.
On the palate there is a burst of cherry and pie spice with overtones of strawberry and earth. The tannins are soft and chewy with a lively, long finish.
