So many people think of Rosé as something pink and sweet and suitable only for bridge parties.  Well it’s a brand new day for Rosé in Oregon.  With the abundance of Pinot Noir in the Valley we have the ability to make delicious, rich, dry Rose that can delight any serious wine lover.  Our 2009 is bright pink with aromas and flavors of cherry, and red raspberry coming form the 80% Pinot Noir.  The 20% Pinot Gris adds hints of strawberry, subtle peach flavors and a degree of viscosity that fills your palate.  The new word on Rosé: it’s for red wine lovers when the weather gets warm.  Try it with your favorite summer dishes or just on the deck after work and we think you will agree.
