WINEMAKER'S NOTES
2008 was a classic vintage for great, cool climate Pinot Noir. Our 2008 Estate Reserve is a great example of Pinot from our corner of the Willamette Valley. The medium garnet color introduces a bright aroma of raspberry, cherry and cedar with hints of pie spice, sandlewood and dried cherry. On the palate it opens to ripe cherry, red and black raspberry and mocha accents supported by a medium + body and full, fine grained tannins. The lingering finish of bright raspberry and spice will remind you of the warm October afternoons in the Fall of 2008 when this wine finished ripening to perfection.
