We’ve been wanting to make a wine like this for some time. After experimenting the last few years, we’ve put together a blend we really like. This wine was born of a desire to capture the incredible aromatics and flavors of our cool climate white varieties in one expressive white wine.

It pours a pale gold, and grapefruit, pineapple and fresh flower aromas leap from the glass.  On the palate a crisp, fresh entry is balanced by succulent ripe fruit flavors of peach, grapefruit and quince, culminating in a fresh, lingering finish. It’s great with a variety of lighter dishes and cheeses – or just for sipping by starlight.
