**HOT AND COLD WEATHER INFORMATION** Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures, if exposed to adverse temperatures it can pop its cork or spoil. There are several options when shipping, we always recommend air service over ground. If you choose to ship ground and the wines come in contact with adverse temperatures, Montinore Estate does not accept responsibility for damaged wine, so please take this into consideration when placing your order. During the summer and winter months, we will postpone ground shipments if the weather is too hot or too cold. Express, 2 day and overnight orders may be postponed if weather is extreme, in that case we will contact you to discuss ship dates. **RECEIVING WINE DELIVERY** An adult must be present to sign for wine when it is delivered, you cannot waive the signature requirement. Three delivery attempts will be made before the wine is returned to Montinore Estate. Please take this into consideration when ordering wine. Alternatives to consider; have the wine delivered to a business or an address where an adult will be present.
